Hi, I’m Ann-Marie. I help people feel better in themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally—using a mix of modalities Nutrition, Belief Coding®, Breakthrough Breathwork, and Meditation. I take an integrated and intuitive approach because everyone is unique and I really believe lasting change happens when we support the mind, body, and spirit together.
Through my own life experiences and having had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life over the years, I’ve learned how to guide others in understanding and releasing the habits or beliefs that might be holding them back from reaching their health or life goals. My work is about creating space for growth, healing and deep transformation.
I offer individual sessions in Nutrition, Belief Coding®, and Breakthrough Breathwork. I also offer wellness packages combining modalities bespoke to you, depending on what you feel you need. You may simply want to understand your nutritional needs to support your health, lifestyle, or specific goals. Or you may be looking to improve your relationship with food, explore emotional eating patterns, or shift deep-rooted beliefs around other areas of your life.
Belief Coding® complements nutrition support really well, because it helps you to access your unconscious emotions and beliefs that can shape your thoughts and actions. Breakthrough Breathwork is powerful for releasing stuck emotions helping to create space for change.

We commissioned Ann-Marie to do a programme of 6 classes on nutrition to our online cafes. They went down a storm; people finding out loads of information on nutrition and having fun swapping recipes. She made them fun and informative and we had great feedback. She was also a guest on our podcast telling is about how our nutritional needs, and the way we experience food changes as we age. We will definitely be using her again!
I felt instantly at ease. It was clear from the beginning that she was only there to help and not judge. After taking a food diary, Ann-Marie put together a bespoke plan to ensure I was in prime condition to match my energy requirements throughout the week, from what to eat the day before match day, what to eat and drink on match day as well as recovery plans. I have seen huge benefits. An increase in energy as well as mood have been clear. The plans are very simple to follow and she has a great way of explaining complex scientific information into lay terms. I 100% recommend anyone who needs help in any way to contact Ann-Marie.
Just had my first session with Ann-Marie, thank you thank you thank you! A few things came up, some of which I was aware of but also a few more I’d suppressed. While I got a bit emotional at one point, I came out feeling energised, positive and motivated. Looking forward to tomorrow and taking action.
After both sessions I’ve felt emotional early on in the session and always think about the same time period in my life. I definitely feel different after them and the only way to describe it is feeling “lighter.” I’ve felt more positive about the future and generally just seem to be in a better mood. I feel more accepting of how my life is now.
